Cologne, 1 December 2011 – The Chief Financial Officer of Pironet NDH AG, Paul Nasada, will move from his CFO position back to the company’s supervisory board as planned on 1 December 2011 after a one-year assignment period.
As reported in the press release of Pironet NDH AG dated 1 December 2010, Paul Nasada, who has been a member of Pironet NDH AG’s supervisory board since 2007, supported the board of directors with responsibility for finance and accounting in accordance with § 105 German Companies Act (AktG). During this time his supervisory board mandate was suspended. From 1 December 2011, Paul Nasada will return to his original position as a member of the supervisory board of Pironet NDH AG.
The CFO position at Pironet NDH AG will be filled in the future. The company’s supervisory board is currently in advanced negotiations with external candidates and is looking to fill the role in the near future.
The members of the supervisory board and the board of directors would like to express their thanks to Mr Nasada for his successful support in the realignment of the company.
