Finally, we analyse our client's objectives and their competitive environment to find the most effective means of increasing efficiency and gaining the competitive edge.

Based on the strengths and weaknesses identified in the analysis phase, we create a target matrix that includes content, processes and solutions. Using this matrix, we define suitable measures for each problem area. We create cost-benefit analyses, define measurable criteria for success and draft project plans for implementing these measures. The target concept is a basis of reference for clients and provides implementation planning and investment security.

The implementation concept provides a precise description of all areas, modules and functionalities of the solution to be developed as a basis for the actual implementation process. All design layouts are developed in detail and submitted in HTML, X-HTML, Flash or other formats depending on front-end client requirements.
